Whipped Cranberry Orange Chèvre with Pomegranates & Rosemary
We’re Talking “Eyes Closed” Easy Here.
So Good.
These tasty little pie crust bites are about the easiest & possibly the prettiest lil’ things we whip up every holiday season! Perfect for last minute, with an added bonus of aesthetically pleasing!
Ingredients. …I just wing the quantities on this one.
Ready-made refrigerated pie crust (I use Immaculate Baking Co. All natural Pie Crust, but any would do!)
Mackenzie Creamery’s Cranberry Orange Chèvre (I use approx. 2 (4oz) pieces)
Pomegranate seeds
Rosemary, fresh
Raw honey
Instructions. …The quick and easy version
Unwrap & Unroll the pie crust/s. Then use a 3” circle cookie cutter to cut out as many circles as possible from the unrolled crust. Brush each lightly with olive oil, then bake for 5ish minutes on a parchment lined cookie sheet at 450 until golden brown.
While they are baking, whip up a couple of 4oz pieces of the Creamery Cranberry Orange Chevre until smooth & then spread it onto the cooked pie crust bites (once they are out of the oven & have cooled a bit). Next, add pomegranate seeds to each round & then drizzle them with warm raw honey. Lastly, sprinkle fresh diced rosemary on each one. Serve & Enjoy!
