Why Young Living?

Today you can find essential oils everywhere from Amazon to your local grocery store and everywhere in between, often times with misleading manufacturer labels that say “100% pure”and “All natural”. The thing is, without oils being regulated by the FDA manufacturers can put whatever they want on the label and it doesn’t mean a thing. Young Living is the only essential oil company that has a “Seed to Seal” standard (owning all of their own farms and performing the most extensive testing on all of the oils) so that you can feel confident knowing that your family will be using the highest quality product without ANY dilution or chemical additives. We really value the importance of this in our home as we use essential oils for so much more than just a pleasing smell. We use them to support our bodies daily by applying them directly to our skin.

How do we use the oils in our home?

I’m starting to feel like it would be easier to share with you the areas in our home where we don’t use the oils - because the “How we DO use them” list continues to grow and grow! The oils have become what I like to call my little “WellnessToolkit” for our family. We use them for immune support, sleep support, emotional support, upset tummies, boo boos and so much more!

Young Living has a wide variety of clean products many of which also contain essential oils - we use so many of these as well. The Thieves cleaner has replaced all of the toxic cleaning products in our home. I also love the Thieves laundry detergent and dish soap. The boys love their kid-friendly shampoos and bath gels and I couldn’t be happier with their clean makeup. I could legit go on and on….

How will I know what to do with my oils once I get them?

Whether it’s a Starter Bundle that you choose, or a combination of products & oils - you’ll get a welcome email and a happy, little snail mail package from me. If it’s a Starter Bundle that includes a diffuser and oils - You’ll have recipes to diffuse and make rollers with, you’ll be invited to join a private wellness group on Facebook where you’ll meet our community, and as always you can follow along with me here on my little piece of the internet. I am also ALWAYS happy to communicate directly about all things oils and YL. So please know that you would be 100% supported along the way. I would never want this to be a purchase that sits on a shelf somewhere in your home. There is honestly waaaaay too much goodness in the Starter Bundles & in the YL products in general for it to just go unused. I got you - promise!

What should I get?

That depends on what your wellness goals are. However, I would suggest starting with the Premium Starter Bundle (like I did). This will give you 12 of the most common oils and a diffuser.  There is a standard diffuser model for free with purchase or you can upgrade to other options.  I started with the the Desert Mist diffuser, which I really love, but I would have say that the Aria is my favorite. The premium starter kit gives you over $300 worth of product for only $160!!  From there you can always add more, but it’s the perfect way to get started!

Young Living also offers a few other starter kits to dive in with depending on what your needs are, they are: The Welcome Home Starter Kit (which comes with 4 oils), Thieves starter kit, Ninjxia Red starter kit, Kidscents Little Oilers starter kit and two different Cbd starter kits. However, If you are more interested in getting started with a specific YL product or supplement or a combination of sorts, then I love creating personalized bundles to meet your needs. For example, maybe your interested in adding Mineral Foundation to your makeup routine, the Sulfurzyme supplement for hair, skin & nails and Lavender + Cedarwood for sleep support - I can then create a custom bundle just for you!

I want to get a starter kit, but I don’t want to sell.

No worries, totally OK!  You can make a purchase via Young Living & simply enjoy the products. Simple as that.
